PROJECTS

Ramble.jpg
M/Y Ramble on Rose (196.85 Ft./60 M.)

Performed QA/QC Hold-Point Inspections inside the vessel’s three black water tanks. RCCI prevented what could have been disaster for this vessel. The contractor had stated that the newly coated tanks were complete and ready to be placed in-service. RCCI performed low voltage holiday testing and discovered numerous pinholes/holidays down to bare steel, thus leaving major points of failure in the coating system. Unfortunately, it took this contractor 4 final inspections to pass this test. 100% coverage is the only way to pass the high or low voltage holiday tests. Contractors hate this test… but our clients love it.

Port Everglades New-Build Terminal #25 – Moss Construction (Steel Fabricators, LLC.)

Jet Fuel Storage Tank.jpg
